Job Description
Property preservation available for the Herkimer, NY area. This is sub contract work so having all of your own equipment or supplies is required along with a digital camera that is not your phone or tablet, home or lap top computer and home internet or an air card.
Positions Available:
Routine Cleaner - Maintaining the clean on vacant homes as long as they are on the market.
Routine Lawns - Maintaining the lawns weekly as long as they are on the market during lawn season.
Initial Inspector - Taking photos and assessing the task at hand upon receiving the property.
Initial Services - Removing all debris, cleaning the proeprty and doing the lawn care.
Quality Control Inspector - The final inspection on the initial services making sure the job was done up to standards.
Miscelanous Work Orders - Roof tarping, window boarding, dehumidifyer instal, water extractions, small plumbing repairs etc.
