Job Description: 
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, independent, and organized professional to work Part-time as a virtual recruiter in a non-sales role. 
The appropriate candidate will assist with recruiting and supporting professional sales agents across the United States and Canada. 
No experience needed as long as you are willing to learn. 
As a virtual recruiter, you will be recruiter sales professionals by placing ads provided to you and contacting prospects via phone or email. 
You will also be required to build, empower, and manage a team. 
Qualified applicants should possess:
*Client interaction experience and relationship-building skills.
*Proven ability to manage and maintain excellent candidate relationships.
*You must be an effective communicator -- on the phone and through email.
*Must be driven enough to understand & appreciate that you can make a six-figure income as a recruiter. 
*We expect this sort of drive and are prepared to reward it when it is backed by performance.
*Strong organizational and analytical skills.
